Tracy Geier
Regional Vice President

  • Over 30 years of experience in multifamily, having started her career as a leasing agent in Columbus, OH
  • Operations leader for REIT, public and private ownership; instrumental in realignment of infrastructure
  • Expertise in lease-up and value-add opportunities
  • Fosters team environment and career development

Joanne Herrmann, CAPS
Regional Vice President

  • Over 25 years of fee and owner-operated multifamily management experience
  • Knowledge and experience in lease-up, repositioning, renovations, and stabilized operations
  • Experience in marketing, sales, training, acquisitions, and due diligence
  • Louisiana State University graduate

James W. Reffelt
Regional Vice President

  • 30 years of experience in multifamily property management
  • Comprehensive background in all facets of property management including REIT experience, new development and lease-up, extensive fee management, asset repositioning, acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Proven track record of successful team building as well as consistent positive financial results throughout career
  • Board member of Apartment Associations in Washington, DC, Las Vegas, and Denver; President of the Birmingham, AL Apartment Association​
  • Graduate of The George Washington University in Washington, DC

Ramona Schmeltz​
Regional Vice President

  • Over 25 years of industry experience, including fee, owner-operated, and REIT experience
  • Experienced with new developments, Class A lease-ups, renovation, and repositioning of B and C communities.
  • Member of Michigan, Texas, Georgia, Colorado Apartment Associations; Board of Directors, Rochester HOA in Michigan and Turtle Creek HOA in Texas
  • Attended Kellogg College
